Falken (agentfalken.com), operated by Markus Füller (see Impressum), generates web applications from your descriptions using AI agents, verifies the result, and lets you preview, share, and download the generated code.

Actions (builds, edits, improvements, escalations) consume credits. Credits come with your plan's monthly allowance or one-time top-ups, don't convert to cash, and expire when your account closes. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time via "Manage billing", effective at the end of the billing period. EU consumers: by starting a build you request immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge your withdrawal right lapses with full performance (§ 356(5) BGB).

You keep all rights to your prompts. You may use the code Falken generates for you for any purpose, commercial or not. You are responsible for what you build and share — no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and no attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or farm free credits.

Generated applications are produced by AI. Despite our verification step, we don't warrant that generated code is error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Review it before relying on it in production. The service is provided "as is"; liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and to foreseeable, typical damages for the breach of essential contractual duties — statutory liability (e.g. for injury to life, body, health) remains unaffected.

We may evolve features at any time and will announce material changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account by contacting us.

German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain.
