1. Controller
Markus Füller, 86836 Graben, Germany (see Impressum). Contact: contact@markusfueller.de.
2. What we process, and why
- Account data — your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself). Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Project data — the app descriptions (prompts) you submit and the code/files the service generates for you. Prompts and generated code are processed by Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) to run the build agents. Anthropic acts as our processor; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Payment data — subscriptions and credit purchases are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We never see your full card number; we store your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and your credit ledger. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations (bookkeeping).
- Transactional email — password-reset and service emails, sent via our email provider. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Server logs — IP address and request metadata, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention (rate limiting). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
We use only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required.
4. Hosting
Hosted on servers in Germany (IONOS SE) behind TLS encryption.
5. Retention
Account and project data are kept while your account exists and deleted on account deletion, except where statutory retention duties (e.g. invoices) require longer. Contact us to request deletion.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for us: the Bavarian Data Protection Authority, BayLDA). To exercise any right, email contact@markusfueller.de.
7. Sharing your projects
If you enable "Share publicly" on a project, its preview becomes accessible to anyone with the link until you disable sharing.
